They come from a time of quiet reflection, of going still and opening myself up to how much I have to be grateful for. They also came from really embracing who I feel that I am- that we all are. Here is one poem, with more to come soon! Recognition   I am surrounded in the dark by a shining light, I am pulled into a pool of warmth and bathed in shimmering peace. This moment feels frozen - full - and I am empty. Even in this space love grows - especially in this place - I sense a truth settling over me; I am part of all that I see and it is part of me. Eternity exists within us all, and those with eyes to see see only Love. Thank you again for sharing in my heart's calling. Stay in Love!

New Year, New Dreams Happy New Year!! Welcome 2018! On the beginning of this new year  I am looking forward to many good things happening and I feel grateful for all that last year brought me. I even bought a planner for the year and am so excited to use it! Here is my poem about new beginnings.   New Beginnings Starting out with visions dreams and unfulfilled longings the heart steps forward in faith with hope and love besides; what lies ahead stirs the soul to greater heights than a whispered verse in the dark. Take the dawn of new beginnings into your heart's chamber nurture the moment's potential with tenderness and gratitude for all things begin as a thought that has been loved into reality. Happy New Year; may this be a year full of many great things for you!

Love Love takes you around inside and outside - boundaries are broken lifted high, flowing in the wind memories of love's enduring presence shine like a star upon the ground that love travels It is with you that I want to dance upon love's stage Do you hear it -Love - calling you over and over your whole name is a whisper upon the sand your essence a reflection upon still water. Listen and you will hear eternity singing for you within you to you with Love.

Knowing Seeking something unknown - yet familiar - you exist In the silence your longing resonates with the voice inside your heart and suddenly the winds of wisdom wash over you and you know you know who you are at last At that moment purpose and peace shall find you having never left you at all.

Grateful Heart is the title of my poem for today. I have been really focusing on my blessings, what I have to be thankful for... which is everything I have in my life! I have so much, the time to write, health, family, home. This life on this earth!! All that makes my soul happy I have right now. I have made a conscious effort to bring more of what makes me happy into my life, and to be an appreciator. Even the hard things are in some way giving me something that I need or can learn from. So, here's to pausing and reflecting on all that we have! Grateful Heart Gratefulness invades my soul like a waterfall bursting out into the open spilling everywhere spreading joy everywhere; the sounds of life, reverberating harmony in sweet time-space motion and I get to embrace it all! Things like love and sunsets hugs and soft furry kittens mingle with the happiness of a certain voice then I see that I need nothing else at all. Grateful...
